Docket No. 50-5 Gentlemen:
In accordance with section 59(b) of 10 CFR 50, The Pennsylvania State University Breazeale Nuclear Reactor reports certain minor changes made to the facility's Emergency Preparedness Plan during the calendar year 1984.
The Emergency Preparedness Plan now incorporates all changes submitted with our April 18, 1984 letter to Cecil 0. Thomas, NRC Division of Licensing and approved in his' June ,1,1984 letter to this office. Minor changes have been made to the original' text. Most of-these changes'are minor. editorial changes and corrections to typographical errors made to improve the clarity of_the plan. A minor change has been made to the calibration frequency for reactor and' health physics instrumentation as set forth in Section 8.5 Inventory. -The calibration frequency is now performed annually instead of every six months; the annual calibration is consistent with our Technical Specifications.
