In response to your request (Reference 1), the Authority will incorporate the recommendations specified in General Electric's Service Information Letter No. 380 (Reference 2) into the FitzPatrick plant operating procedures.
Those changes will be l
implemented prior to restart from the-current refueling outage.
The Authority will also submit an operating license amendment to incorporate these recommendations into the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications in the near future.
