NOTICE OF DEPOSITION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Applicants will take the deposition of MR. DOUG TEPER beginning Wednesday, April 17, 1985 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of Troutman, Sanders, Lockerman & Ashmore, 1400 Candler Building, 127 Peachtree Street, N.
E.,
Atlanta, Georgia 30043.
Applicants will take the deposition upon oral examination before an officer authorized by law to take depositions.
The oral examination will continue from day to day until completed, with each day of testimony commencing at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m.
This deposition is taken in the above entitled action for the purpose of discovery, for use at hearine, or for such other purposes as are permitted under the Commission's Rules of Practice.
The subjects of the deposition will include the past and present membership of Georgians Against Nuclear Energy, the finances of Georgians Against Nuclear Energy, the sources of economic renumeration of Mr. Doug Teper 8504100587 850404 PDR ADOCK 05000424 Q
and the organizations of which he is a member; the relationship between Georgians Against Nuclear Energy and other Intervenors and organizations; the basis for joint Intervenor's Quality Assurance contention; and, the background and expertise of Mr. Doug Teper as a witness on the Quality Assurance issues.
