VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION We have reviewed your letter of October 19, 1984 in reference to the intoecti anducted at Surry Power Station between September 24 and 28,1984 J in IE Inspection Report Nos. 50-280/84-28 and 50-281/84-28. Our response to the specific infraction is attached.
