Dear Mr. Keppler:
Reference (a) provided the results of a physical security inspection at Byron by Messrs. Belanger, Pirtle and Kniceley on December 10 and 19-20, 1984 and January 7-11, 1985. During that inspection it was determined that certain activities were not in compliance with NRC requirements. Attachment A to this letter contains Commonwealth Edison's response to the Notice of Violation which was appended to reference (a).
Attachment A to this letter contains safeguards information.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 it should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
