Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Application for Amendment to our Operating License to incorporate administrative changes to correct errors and provide clarification for consistency throughout the technical specifications.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in Technical Specifications and its safety evaluation.
A check in the amount of $150.00 is attached for payment of the license amendment application fee in accordance with 10 CFR 170.
