Per the request of the Wolf Creek Licensing Project Manager, attached is a status of the follow-up activities directed towards the NRC Staff and KG&E in the Wolf Creek ASLB Initial Decision (ASIB Dockec No. 81-453-03-OL).

Also attached is a copy of the Wolf Creek Emergency Planning brochure, a copy of the postal receipt for the mailout of the brochure, and a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding with the National Weather Service.

MEMORANDUM 0F UNDERSTANDING The National Weather Service Forecast Office at Topeka, Kansas will provide the most current weather and forecast information to the Kansas Gas and. Electric Company for Coffey County as requested on a 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> basis. Forecasts will be of a general nature such as is available in Zone 16 which includes Coffey County unless approved and routine observations become.available. The National

- Weather Service Forecast Office may be relieved of its obligations hereunder by giving written notice at least three (3) months prior to proposed termination of. service.
