' Time required.to Implement. This change is to be effective upon_NRC approval.

Reason for Change (Facility Change Request 84-208).
This change would allow the station to begin reactor coolant-heatup and conduct zero power physics testing prior to entering Mode 1 of the new. fuel cycle (Cycle 5) utilizing the present configuration of the Startup Feedwater Pump and its associated pipelines and valves.
