The subject NRC requirements state that:
"The licensee shall report on April 1 of each year to the NRC as to the present levels of this insurance or financial protection it maintains and the sources of this insurance or protection."
In accordance with this requirement, please find enclosed the necessary documentation to satisfy notification of present coverage for Waterford 3.
