Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits Amendment 5 to the ER-OL.
Included in this transmittal are instructions for inserting this amendment.
This amendment consists of revising pages to the ER-OL that have resulted from updated information since the last amendment and review of the Draft Environmental Statement.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.30(c)(1) and (c)(1)(iv),
