Dear Adminis trative Judges:
It has come to my attention that there ia a factual discrepancy between the Federal Emergency Management Agency's prefiled testinony and the af fidavit previously filed in support of summary disposition of Sunflower Alliances' Contention M.
The af fidavit of Robert O. Shapiro states in paragraph 25 on page 10 that "The Lake County plan does not indicate any intent to provide a county monitoring system."
On page 4 of the prefiled testimony Mr. Shapiro states " Lake County will utilize information from a fixed monitoring system it plans to install and the State of Ohio monitoring teams (Lake PERP,Section I, p. 112-115)."
Since these statements appear to be mutually exclusive, af ter discussion with the Staff's counsel, we felt compelled to direct the Board and parties attention to them.
