Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specification Change Request No.110 Your letter of December 13, 1984 requested that we provide additional information in support of Technical Specification Change Request No. 110 (TSCR 110). This TSCR would revise the Auxiliary and Fuel Handling Building ventilation flow limits. Testing has confirmed that current Technical Specification flow limits are adequate. We therefore withdraw TSCR 110 as this change is no longer deemed necessary.
