Instructions are provided for entering the revised pages in the Plan.
The purpose of this revision is to resolve deficiencies that were identified in Mr W L Axelson's letter of December 10, 1984 with respect to Revision 16 which we submitted on October 30, 1984.
A complete description and supporting basis for each change included in Revision 17 is attached.
We have concluded that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Monticello Security Plan and that they can be implemented without prior NRC review and approval.
This revision contains Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR Part 73.
The attached revision should not be made available for inspection and should not be placed in the public document room.
