50-328 By the June 13, 1984 letter to E. Adensam from L. M. Mills, TVA submitted a request, pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, to amend the operating licenses for our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant to incorporate the Power Block Concept (PBC) into the Physical Security Plan (PSP). Revised pages to clarify TVA's plans were submitted to NRC on October 2 and November 1,1984. As a result of a meeting with C. Gaskin and Carl Stahle on March 5, 1985, additional revisions to provide further clarification of the proposed license amendment were provided to the NRC on March 11, 1985. As a result of additional conversations with NhC, enclosed are five copies (Nos. 6-10) of a revision to the proposed PSP.
The enclosed information contains physical security information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73 21. We, therefore, request that the enclosed not be placed in the Public Document Room.
