The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued to the insureds name in Item 1 of the Declarations Operating License No. NPF-71 effec tive October 31. 1984 for the reactor described in Item 3 of the Declarations of the certi fica te.
2.
Item 6 of the Declarations of the Certificate is deleted and replaced by the following:

Certificate Period: Beginning October 31, 1984
