Dear Mr. Denton:
Furnished herewith are six (6) copies of Revision 6 to the Wolf Creek Physical Security Plan, the Safeguards Contingency Plan and the Training and Qualification Plan. Revision 6 includes miscellaneous corrections and/or clarifications, organization changes, changes to provide consistency between the various plans and changes discussed with Mr. Steven Brown of the Office of Nuclear Material and Safeguards. Attachment 1 provides reasons for these changes.
The previous copies of the Security Training and Qualification Plan are superseded in their entirety by the attached copies of Revision 6 of the Security Training and Qualification Plan.
The attached plans contain Safeguards Information in accordance with 10CFR73.21 and therefore should be withheld from public disclosure. This letter and Attachment 1, when separated from the attached plans, do not contain Safeguards Information and should be handled as decontrolled.
Acknowledgement of receipt of this letter would be appreciated.
