Re: Limerick Hearing
Dear Judge Hoyt:
Recently, public hearings have been held in this area with regard to Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensing of the Limerick Power Plant. At the last moment, the recent hearing was removed from the Borough of Pottstown to a more remote location at the Limerick Power Station.
At its regular meeting last week, the Pottstown Area Council of Governments directed me to send this letter requesting that another meeting be held inside the Borough of Pottstown so that those who are unable to attend the rural location would be able to make their feelings heard.
