AND 3 - UPDATE OF SECURITY PERSONNEL TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN (SPT AND QP) - REVISION 22, DATED DECEMBER 28, 1995 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p), TVA has enclosed changes to the subject plan.
Further, TVA has enclosed instructions for updating NRC copies 6 through 11.
Revision 22 to the SPT and QP is administrative in nature in that it revises definitions and job classification titles to be consistent with the BFN Physical Security / Contingency Plan.
Also, the proposed change specifies that the SPT and QP is a BFN specific plan versus a TVA generic plan.
Finally, the proposed change adds a proprietary information disclaimer to the SPT and QP.
This letter and the enclosed information is being sent by certified mail.
