Dear Ernie:
I am enclosing a copy of two interviews which should be added to the current Joint Mailgram Stipulation.
The first is a transcript of John Herbein's Kemeny Commission interview of July 19, 1979, which should be added to, or substituted in the place of, Item 61 of Joint Mailgram Exhibit 1.
The second is an NRC interview of Gary Miller, conducted on May 7,
- 1979, I&E Tape 159.
I understand from previcus conversations with you that you have no problem with adding either of these interviews.
In addition, I believe it would be appropriate to add several other documents which I did not obtain until after we signed the Joint Mailgram Stipulation.
These are:
1)
NRC Interview of Karl Plumlee (Jan.
1, 1981);
2)
NRC Interview of Wil.'.iam Raymond (May 3, 1979); and 3)
Donald Neely Notes.
Please contact me immediately if you have any problem with inclusion of the abovecited interviews in a Modified Joint Mailgram Stipulation.
