No Dcficiencies were identified during this exercise. There were four Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) , one for the State of Minnesota and three for Sherburne County.

Based on the results of the June 20, 1995 exercise, the offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the l State.of Minnesota and Sherburne and Wright Counties, that are l site specific to the Monticello Nuclear Power Station, can be

implemented. These plans are adequate to provide reasonable assurance that appropriate measures can be taken offsite to protect the health and safety of the public in the event of a radiological emergency at the site. Therefore, the Title 44 CFR, Part 350, approval of the offsite radiological emergency response l plans and preparedness for the State of Minnesota, site-specific l to the Monticello Nuclear power station as granted on May 10, j 1985 will remain in effect.
