CASE'S MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME o
CASE hereby requests an extension of time, to and including December 24, 1984, within which to respond to Applicants' Motion To Vacate November 16, 1984 Memorandum, filed November 26, 1984.
I Due to the involvement of CASE's counsel in the ongoing hearings in this matter and numerous other commitments scheduled j
in the next several weeks, an extension of time is necessary to allow counsel for CASE adequate time to review and prepare a response to Applicants' motion.
In addition, counsel for C,ASE does not believe that an immediate response to Applicants' motion is crucial to these proceedings.
