At 1845 hours0.0214 days
0.513 hours
0.00305 weeks
7.020225e-4 months
all control rods were fully inserted. After shutdown a spurious Reactor Protection System trip was experienced due to a f ai led LPRM (resulting in APRM 155 trip) at 2351 hours0.0272 days
0.653 hours
0.00389 weeks
8.945555e-4 months
.

(LER 85-04) 02/03/85 At-0402 hours the reactor vessel head vents were opened placing the plant in cold shutdown.

The effluent from the drain is routed to a holding tank.

Sampling of the tank confirmed no detectable contamination.

02/19/85 The reactor vessel was fully defueled by 0940 hours0.0109 days
0.261 hours
0.00155 weeks
3.5767e-4 months
.

(Normal DAEC refueling practice is' full core defuel to spent fuel pool.)
