Dear Mr. O' Reilly:
This report is being submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 4.4.5.5(a).
The first Inservice Inspection of the steam generator tubes has been performed as required by Technical Specification 4.4.5.2.
Four Steam Generator (SG) tubes required plugging as a result of this inspection; SG " A" ( 1), SG " B" ( 2 ), and SG "C" (1).
As discussed with NRC Region II on November 6, 1984, the Licensee considers this inspection to constitute the "First Inservice Inspection" as required by Techical Specification 4.4.5.3 and that the report submitted December 20, 1983 is no longer applicable.
