Submitted to the NRC via PSE&G letter LR-N95139, dated September 11, 1995.
The completion dated for corrective action II.A.2.iv.a is being extended from December 31, 1995 to the end of the current refueling outage.
This corrective action concerns the implementation of Hiller-actuated valve modifications described in the violation response.
