Limerick Ecology Action hereby files testimony from Montgomery County Commissioner Rita C.
Banning on LEA's deferred contentions, and provides notice of its plans to request,ubpoenas to obtain additional testimony on these matters, once it has been determined when the hearings will be scheduled to begin on contentions LEA-1, LEA-2, LEA-3, LEA-5, and LEA-23.
LEA will gladly provide any additional information that the Board and the parties may deem necessary.
