Letter, NRC to Detroit Edison, " Fermi 2 Plant Technical Specifications", dated October 23, 1984
Subject:
Fermi 2 Technical Specification Certification Reference 2 transmitted the final draf t of Fermi 2 Technical Specifications and requested their certification.
The final draft has been carefully reviewed.
This review-identified the need to make certain changes primarily typographical or editorial in nature.
These changes have been discussed with the reviewer for BWR Technical Speci-fications and incorporated in a subsequent draft.
One proposed change has been discussed, but cannot be incorpo-rated until an analysis has been submitted justifying the change.
This analysis is expected to be submitted by November 30.
Based upon the reviews conducted, I hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge the enclosed draft of the Fermi 2 Technical Specifications accurately reflects the plant, the Final Safety Analysis Report and the staff's Safety Evaluation Reports in all material respects.
An affidavit relating to this certification accompanies this letter.
