Please accept this letter as-formal notification that Mr. Rick Piciullo i, no longer te performing. licensed activities for our facility. This decision to give up Lume Numbs.t SOP-20682 is made with Mr. Pic;ullo's knowledge based on recent conversations with him.
Mr. Piciullo always performed his' licensed duties in a capable and responsible manner.
Howher, since completion of his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, he has been serving primarily as a consultant as our Acting Reactor Manager and not performing
-licensed duties for (ne past lF_ months. For some time he wrss~considering becoming our-permanent reactor manager but is now set _on pursumg a doctomte in Physics. We have appointedL another-qualified -individual as our_ acting Reactor. Manager. - Therefore, Mr.
Piciullo's license is no longer needed.
