20555 Subjects Industrial Security Plan Revision 12, Change 1 Gentlement On March 17, 1992, Toledo Edison submitted Revision 12 to the Davis-Besse Industrial Security Plan (ISP) in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).

Subsequently, on July 2, 1992, (Log No. 3772) the NRC requested additional information regarding the revision to the ISP.

Based on a conference call on July 13, 1992, between Toledo Edison personnel and the NRC reviewer, Toledo Edison agreed to clarify and to resubmit changes to Revision 12 of ISP.

Therefore, Toledo Edison hereby suomits one original and three copies of Revision 12, Change 1 to Davis-Besse ISP.

The attached document contains Safeguards Information and pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21 is to be withheld from public disclosure.
