The application for amendment to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Unit 1, Construction Permit No. CPPR-108 filed by the Georgia Power Company acting for itself, Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and City of Dalton, Georgia, dated January 11, 1985, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's regulations as set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The issuance of this amendment will not he inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and C.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51. of the Commission's regulations, and all applicable reouirements have been sa ti s fie~d.
2.
Accordingly, Construction Permit No. CPPR-108 is changed as follows:
A.
Change paragraph 3 to read:
3.
This parmit shall be deemed to contain and be subject to the con-ditions specified in Sections 50.54 and 50.55, of said reculations; is subfect to all apolicable provisions of the Act, and rules, regulations, and orders of the Commission now or hereafter in effect, as modified by duly authorized exemptions; and is subiect to the conditions specified or incorporated below:

Change paragraph 3.C. to read:
C.
