All control Copy Holders or SNPS Defueled Safety An'alysis Report (DSAR) i Revision 4 to the SNPS DSAR Attached herewith is Revision 4 to the SNPS DSAR.
DSAR Revision 4:
1) incorporates the SNPS Decommissioning Plan (DP) by reference and identifies the DP as the governing document; 2) addresses the changes resulting from the transfer of control of SNPS from LILCO to LIPA;
-3) describes the_ organization and conduct of operations under LIPA ownership; 4) describes the LIPA QA Program which replaces LILCO QA
