Revision 23 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan The purpose of this letter is to provide you with Revision No. 23 to the Vermont Yankee Physical Security Plan.
This revision reflects enhancements recently niade to our Se 'rity Program and addresses the several exceptions outlined in Reference b).
lhese changes were previously incorporated into car implementing procedures and the enclosure reflects the resultant Plan changes.
Pinase note that the pagination of the Plan has been revised and reflects an upgraded print format.
We have reviewed this revi, ion and have determined that the changes do not decrease the cafeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Therefore, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.5a(p), prior NRC-approval of this revision is not required.
This eevision to our Physical Security Plan is submitted as Attachment A to this letter and is considered SAFEGUARDS INFORMATIOh which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordantc with the provision of 10 CFR 73.21.
We have enclosed our standard Document Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each copy of the Plan tevision required by the NRC.
