Revision 5 to the Vermont Yankee Training and QualiFeation Plan The purpose-of this letter is to provide you with Revision No. 5 to the Vermont Yankee Training and
- Qualification Plan for Security, his revhion reflects enhancements recently made to our Security Program. This change was previously incorporated into our implementing procedures and the enclosure reflects the resultant Plan changes.
We have reviewed this revision and have determined that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan. Therefore, in accordance with-10 CFR 50.54(p), prior NRC approval of this revision is not required.
He revision to our Training and Qualification Plan is submitted as Attachment A to this letter. Attachment A
-is considered S AFEGUARDS INFORMATION which is to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provision of 10 CFR 73.21.
~ We have enclosed orr standard Documect Custody Form and Change Transmittal Form for each copy of the Plan revision required by the NRC.. Please sign and return these forms.
