Liquid Pana: rant Test Proceduie !??T-340-39-02, Revision 0 of the Peabody Testics, Inc., a testing subcontractor for the 3echtal Construction Department, states, in part, that "Any indication in excess of the acceptance standards (1/16") which is believed to be nonzalavant, shall be regarded as a defect and shall be re-examined to verify whether or not actual defacts are present."
