Evacuation Plans are " Adequate" and whether they will work to protect the citizens in the event of a Nuclear Accident at Limerick.
Federal Law prohibits the issuance of a Full Power Operating License for Limerick until the N.R.C. has determined that there is " reasonable assurance" that workable evacuation plans are in place.
l This is the puMc's FIN AL OPPORTU NITY to be heard by the N.R.C. officals before they decide--should Philadelphia Electric Company be granted a Full Power Operating License? -- will the plans work?
