series have at least 10 feet of spoils from other Susquehanna SES property areas above them, however, most of the spoils are from these soil series.

Restoration Plan Concrete wastes will be covered with No change up to 2 feet of soil Ground -limestone to be applied and No need for worked into soil prior to seeding limestone since at a rate of 100 lbs/1,000 sq. feet soil pH (6 to 6.8) is good for growing grass.

Grass mixture - 60% Kentucky 31 Tall 33% Kentucky Blue,

Fescue, 33% Perennial Rye, 20% Chewing Red Fescue,

_33% Creeping Red Fescu 20% Annual Rye Grass (This mixture will require less maintenance.)

Cover with soil, grade, and seed between 1 and 1.5 acres of this 4.65 acre site.

Remainder of site already seeded and graded.

Surety l Bond and insurance being resubmitted to PaDER guaranteeing funds for closure.

Closure plan will be initiated in 1992 and completed in 1993.

As of July 4, 1992, site operation was discontinued.

A site access gate will be locked to prevent unauthorized entry.

The Annual Landfill Operations Report for the period April 15, 1991 throu9,1 April 15,1992 was submitted to Mr. William ficDonnell, PaDER,

. Regional Solid Waste Manager in letter PLE-15609, May 26, 1992.

The annual topographic drawing was also provided.

7.

This site will be' inspected periodically to identify any erosion or run-off problems that develop. Once the site is determined to be stable, inspections.will be discontinued.

The Construction Department at the Susquehanna SES will maintain this site during the post-closure period (Harry R. Snavely, (717) 542-3219).
