Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit No. 2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Third Refueling Outage Inservice Inspection Report This letter forwards the Unit 2 Third Refueling Outage Inservice Inspection Report.
The following examination results are documented in the attached report:
ASME Code Class 1,
2, and 3 components for which ASME XI, Article IWA-6230 requires a 90 day-report.
Included are the results of the neutron flux thimble tube inspections satisfying NRC Bulletin 88-09.
Steam generator tube inspections for which Technical Specification 4.4.5.5 requires a special report.
These examinations are part of Interval 1, Period 2 of the Unit 2 inservice inspection schedule.
The inspections were performed in accordance with Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, 1983 edition through Summer 1983 addenda.
