Dear Mr. Starostecki:
As part of his recent inspection of the results of previous leak rate tests at 'IMI-1, Dr. Chung of your staff identified 33 apparent irregularities and 25 missing calculations and provided this information to Henry Shipnan on August 9,1983.
We have conducted a review of our files ard of supgat.119 data and believe that we have discovered information that eliminates many of the questions raised by Dr. Chung.
'Ibe followirg table ccrnpares the information available to Dr. Churg with the additional information:

In all cases, the calculated leak rate was significantly below the allowable limit.
Enclosures 1, 2 and 3 to this letter specify the disposition of each item on Dr. 01ung's list by date and time.
