Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) 1992 Refueling Outage Inservice Inspection (ISI) Results and NIS-1 and NIS-2 Forms Technical Specification Section 5.9.3.a and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Subsection IWA-6230 require that Omaha Public Power District submit the subject information.
Enclosed are the ISI results (NIS-1 Form) for the FCS 1992 Refueling Outage.
Also enclosed is the report (NIS-2 Form) hatfor applicable repairs and replacements completed during fuel Cyc'e No. 13, t includes repairs and replacements completed during the FCS 1992 Refueling Outage.
