Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Enclosed is the final Process Control Program (PCP), Revision 2, for the Limerick Generating Station Solid Radwaste Systati.
In the referenced letter, we transmitted to you the PCP which was to be verified by preoperational testing.
Since that time we have completed preoperational testing of the Solid Radwaste System and have verified the acceptability of the process parameters. The changes which have been made to the PCP reflect the information gained by the preoperational testing and include actual operational data obtained by this testing.
Plant Operating Procedures have been written in accordance with the guidelines of the PCP.
