-Due to the significance of this change, and.because this NUREG-0737 iten was previously addressed generically, Georgia Power Campany (GPC) feels that .

the BE Owners Group should resolve the questions raised by the revised ISC staff position through direct caanunication. with the NRC. The BNR- Owners Grote is undertaking such a course of- action and GPC will be a participant in this Owners- Group effort. Further plant specific resolution' of the' issue, if' required as a result of the generic' effort, will be addressed after the completion of the Owners Group effort.
