DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST NO. 102 OVERPOWER AND OVERTEMPERATURE AT LAG COMPENSATION POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 Our letter dated November 9, 1984 requested license amendments for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, to incorporate additions to the Technical Specifications which specify the time constants utilized in the measure AT and average temperature lag compensations which are part of the instrumentation for the overtemperature and overpower AT sensing circuitry.
Attached to that letter were proposed Technical Specification page changes which incorporated these additions.
On November 13, 1984, while discussing these changes with Mr. Tim Colburn of your staff, we observed that page 15.2.3-3 of that attachment contained a clerical error.
The lag compensation term for the second average temperature term in the equation on that page had been mistakenly left out.
Accordingly, we are providing herewith a corrected page 15.2.3-3 which replaces that page as provided with our November 9 letter.
The correction was discussed on November 13 with Mr. Colburn and a corrected copy of page 15.2.3-3 was telecopied to you at that time.
