MOTION TO FILE UCS DIRECT TESTIMONY AND LIST OF DOCUMENTS ON NOVEMBER 14, 1984 The hearing schedule for this proceeding calls for Intervenors to file direct testimony on training issues on November 13, 1984.
GPU has requested and UCS has agreed'to provide for deposition on November 13, 1984 Dr. James Regan.
This date was reached by agreement between the parties because it is compatible with both Dr. Regan's schedule (who resides in California) and the schedule of GPU counsel.
GPU counsel, in turn, has agreed to a one-day extension of the deadline for filing UCS's testimony.
Therefore, UCS moves the Board to permit it to file the direct testimony of Dr. Regan on November 14, 1984.
