SUBJECT:
Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Cycle 14 Low Power Physics and Power Ascension Test Report The FCS Cycle 14 core consists of 52 new fuel assemblies manufactured by Westinghouse Electric Corporation and 81 used fuel assemblies manufactured by ABB/Comh"stion Engineering. Cycle 14 represents the first operating cycle using Westinghouse fuel.
Therefore, according to Tec'inical Specification Section 5,9.1.a Omaha Public Power District has preparea the httached subject report for Cycle 14.
The subject report includes a general description of the measured values obtained during the Cycle 14 startup test and evaluation phases.
Also included is a comparison of these measured values with calculated design predictions.
