20555 RE:
Budgetary Planning at Seabrook Station (Docket 50-443)
Dear Mr. Nerses:
Thank you for your letter dated July 9,
- 1992, providing background data and the companysl explanation for the two different, Seabrook Station operations and maintenance-(O & M) budget numbers, which' had been' questioned by the U.S.
-Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
We are in agreement that the $113.6 - million represents a projected levelized O & M budget value in 1991 dollars for the five year period of 1992 through 1996.
Whereas, the $146.7'million in the O'& M budget for 1992 is an as approved value by the - Joint Owners in 1990
- dollars, the.two' differing values relate to different parameters and are on a dif ferent basis and therefore, as.
such, are not inconsistent.
The infcrmation you provided is very much appreciated and I e
believe that the issue can now, from.our perspective, be closed.
