This information was requested to support an 4

independent staff evaluation of the X/Q values that were used in calculating the control room operator doses for the locked rotor event.

i The requested July 15 submittal date was extended based on discussions with the NRC Project Manager.

The data is provided on five magnetic tapes in accordance with the format established in Regulatory Guide 1.23 Revision 1.
