On June 24, 1992, the hxt adff issued Bul'letin 92-01 entitled, " Failure of Thermo-Lag 330 Fire Barrier System to Maintain Cabling in Wide Cable Trays and Small Conduits Free From Fire Damage," to notify licensees of concerns related to this fire barrier system.
The Bulletin required licensees to determine if the Thermo-Lag 330 Fire Barrier System had been installed in its facilities and to provide a written response outlining its #indings.
In response to this Bulletin, Southern Nuclear Operating Company has determined that Thermo-Lag 330 Fire Barrier System has not been installed in either Unit 1 or Unit 2 of Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP).
As such, the concerns documented in the subject Bulletin do not apply to FNP, and all actions related to this Bulletin at FNP are considered complete.
