Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Report of Investigation In April 1992, GPU Nuclear initiated an independent review of THI-l Operator Tour Logs. This review was requested by the Director of THI-l and was conducted by the THI Security Department.
The enclosed report has been redacted and alpha designations are substituted for names. The report contains information which GPU Nuclear considers to be sensitive in nature.
Therefore, CPU Nuclear requests distribution of the report in its entirety be appropriately controlled by the NRC.
