Attached are five ccp tes of Enclosure A, which provides detailed infor=ation on Security Plan implenentation.
Ve conclude that the ef f ect iveness of th e Monticello $ccurity Plan would be adversely affected by public disclosure of the attached information, and that disclosure is not re q ui re d 9
in the public interest.
We request that pursuant to Section 2.79a(d) of 10CTR Part 2,
the Security Plan revisions not be made available for inspection, and act be placed la the Public Document Room.
