Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Replica Simulator Status Report In accordance with the requirements of Para. 583(5) of the August 27, 1981 Partial Initial Decision on Management Issues, we are submitting the annual status report on progress toward acquisition of a TMI-l replica simulator.
GPUN awarded a contract for the replica simulator (Control No. 003056) to Singer-Link Corporation on June 22, 1983. Under the General Terms and Conditions, Article III - Delivery, an installation acceptance date of December 23, 1985 is specified.
The simulator Technical Specification SP-1101-16-002, Contract No. 003056 with payment schedule, GPUN Purchase Order No. 003056, and Schedule of Events with milestones from receipt to full operation are available onsite.
