This is in response to R. C. Lewis' August 14, 1984 letter to H. G. Parris,' Report Nos.' 50-259/84-29,'50-260/84-29, 50-296/84-29, concerning activities at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant which violated NRC requirements. - Enclosed is our response to the Notice of Violation provided as enclosure to Mr. Lewis' August.14,1984 letter.
Our response contains physical security izformation that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR Part 73 21.
We, therefore, request that the enclosed response not be placed in the Public Document Room. If you have any questions, please call Jim Domer at FTS 858-2725.
This response was due on September 13, 1984. An extension of time for cubmitting a-response was discussed with D. R. McGuire of your staff on September 11, 1984.
